To request academic accommodations for the TEAS exam, the student must have completed MCCC’s process for requesting academic accommodations. If you have already completed the process for requesting academic accommodations at MCCC, please contact CAR directly by email at CAR@mccc.edu.
The MCCC academic accommodations process requires that the student complete the Request for Academic Accommodations form and email it to CAR@mccc.edu.
Next, the student must submit primary documentation of disability by email to CAR@mccc.edu. Documentation Guidelines
After the Request form and documentation have been received and reviewed, the student will be contacted by CAR to participate in an intake appointment.
